Project Administrator
Cheltenham | £30,000 per annum | Permanent | Full-time

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity in project coordination?

We're currently recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join an established team in Cheltenham, supporting the successful delivery of refurbishment projects from initial planning through to completion.

This is a varied role where you'll act as a key link between project teams, customers, residents and other stakeholders, helping to keep projects running smoothly and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout.

The role

You'll be responsible for providing effective administrative and coordination support across a range of projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Coordinating appointments, schedules and project activities

Maintaining accurate customer and project information on internal systems and CRM

Supporting Project Managers with administration and reporting

Monitoring project performance and keeping records up to date

Liaising with customers, residents, clients and internal teams

Assisting with customer communications and keeping stakeholders informed

Helping to identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track

Supporting projects through to completion and handover

About you

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, dependable and confident communicating with a range of people. You'll ideally have previous experience in administration, project coordination, customer service or a similar environment.

You'll also bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Confidence using Microsoft Office

Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

A genuine commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
