What projectmanagerjobs.co.uk is, and what it is not

These terms were last changed on

In one paragraph

projectmanagerjobs.co.uk is an index. It lists job adverts that come from our job partner’s feed and shows what those adverts say about pay. When you apply, you go to our job partner’s site and register with them; our job partner pays us a fee for a new registration. We charge you nothing, we hold no money, we vet nobody, we promise no work, and we set no rate of pay. Using this site means accepting the rest of this page.

Our role

We introduce, and that is all

We are not your employer, your recruiter or your agent, and we are not the employer, recruiter or agent of anyone advertising here. We do not receive, forward or store applications. We do not negotiate on anyone’s behalf. The relationship a job advert leads to is between you, our job partner and whoever placed the advert.

No money passes through this site and no candidate is ever charged. There is no fee, no subscription and no payment page. If anything anywhere asks you to pay projectmanagerjobs.co.uk for anything, it is not us.

How we are paid: our job partner pays us a fixed fee for each new candidate who registers an account with them through a link on this site. That is our only income from your visit. It is paid by our job partner, it does not change what you are shown, and it costs you nothing.

The adverts

Nothing here is vetted, and nothing is promised

We do not vet or verify anything. We do not check employers, recruiters, agencies or the contents of their adverts. We do not endorse anyone who advertises. We do not confirm that a role exists, that it is still open, that the description is accurate or that the employer is who they say they are. Job adverts reach us through a third-party feed and are published substantially as received.

No work is promised. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment or of a contract, and nothing here guarantees an interview, a reply, a placement or any outcome at all.

Adverts can be filled or withdrawn before our next feed run tells us. Once an advert we have published ends, its address forwards to live adverts for the same role and place, so a saved link does not become a missing page — but the advert itself is no longer an opportunity.

Take the usual care. A legitimate employer or recruiter does not ask a candidate for a fee, for bank details before an offer, or for identity documents by email. If an advert you reached from here does any of that, tell us and tell our job partner.

The pay figures

We report what was advertised. We do not set it

We set no rate of pay. Every figure on this site is what an employer or recruiter chose to advertise. We do not set, offer, guarantee, negotiate or benchmark any rate, and nothing here is an assurance of what you could earn.

The figures are advertised salaries, computed from live adverts — never a survey of what people are actually paid, and never an “average salary”. Each one is shown with the number of adverts behind it and the date it was taken. Where fewer than 5 live adverts in scope state pay, we publish no figure at all. We never interpolate a missing number. About and method sets out the calculation in full.

These figures are information, not advice. They are not careers, financial, tax or legal advice, and they should not be the only basis for a decision about a job, a rate or a move.

Applying

What happens when you click apply

An apply button sends you to our job partner’s site with the job attached. You leave this site at that point, and our job partner’s own terms and privacy notice govern what happens next.

Registering with our job partner requires the right to work in the UK. If you do not have it, you will not be able to register or apply. We say so before the button rather than after it.

We record that a click happened, so we can tell which pages are useful and can spot fraudulent clicks. What we record, and what we deliberately do not, is set out in the privacy policy.

Using the site

Reasonable use, and quoting us

Read the site, link to it, and quote a figure from it — please quote the sample size and the date with it. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl every public page; we do not block or throttle them.

Please do not:

  • request pages at a rate that degrades the site for other people;
  • generate apply clicks that are not a genuine person choosing to apply, or interfere with the click log in any way;
  • republish the adverts wholesale — their content belongs to whoever placed them; or
  • attempt to break, probe or work around the site’s security or its bot defences.

The text of our pages and the pay statistics we compute are ours. The adverts are not: they belong to the employers and recruiters who placed them, and to our job partner.

Availability and liability

What we are and are not responsible for

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate, current and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that the feed will be complete, or that an advert or a figure is correct.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of an advert or a pay figure on this site, from an advert being inaccurate, withdrawn or fraudulent, from anything that happens after you leave for our job partner’s site, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Changes and law

Changes, and which law applies

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force is the one on this page when you use the site.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
