Project Manager - Cladding

IMMEDIATE START – PROJECT MANAGER CLADDINGCounty Durham Cladding Division Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Cladding Division on a major upcoming converter station project in County Durham.

We need someone commercially astute who can take ownership of the project through pre-construction and delivery, with a strong understanding of programmes, procurement, subcontractors and commercial performance.

The ProjectThe project involves:

Eurobond cladding to the walls
Kalzip roofing
Significant pre-construction activity ahead of the works commencingWhat We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will have:

Proven Project Management experience within cladding / roofing / construction
Strong pre-construction experience
Excellent understanding of programmes, sequencing and project delivery
Strong commercial awareness – able to understand costs, variations, forecasting and project performance
Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to HSE, quality and compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
SMSTS
Relevant CSCS qualificationThe Ideal CandidateWe’re particularly interested in someone who has worked on large-scale industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects and can demonstrate they are capable of managing both the commercial and operational sides of a project.
