Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out will involve:

* Project Manager position working on a range of commercial refurbishment & fit-out projects

* Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments

* Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion

* Write up health and safety documents for each individual site

* Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project

* Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients

* Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out will with:

* Must have extensive Project Management experience within commercial refurbishment, office fit-out or closely related

* Fresh outlook with the ability to adapt and influence

* Existing people manager

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

* Confident and articulate
