We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead delivery across two technology projects for a large international organisation.

You’ll split your time across two projects, working with engineering, architecture, product, design and business teams to keep delivery on track, manage dependencies and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

The projects

Technology Modernisation

A programme of platform and service modernisation, including cloud migration, microservices and data warehouse migration to Snowflake.

Design System

A large-scale design system and product migration, involving the consolidation of components and migration of multiple products, followed by stabilisation and further adoption.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing integrated project plans, milestones and delivery schedules

Coordinating technical and cross-functional teams

Managing risks, issues, dependencies and changes

Tracking delivery, resources and forecasts

Running project meetings, planning sessions and governance

Providing clear progress updates to senior stakeholders

Supporting testing, release and operational readiness

Keeping multiple workstreams aligned as priorities change

What we’re looking for

Proven experience managing complex technology or digital projects

Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams

Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, schedules and resources

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and producing concise reporting

Experience with Agile or other iterative delivery approaches

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or MS Project

Able to manage multiple projects/workstreams at the same time without losing sight of detail

Experience of cloud/platform modernisation, data migration, design systems, component libraries or product migration would be highly relevant.

Experience within publishing, research, information services or other data-heavy environments would also be useful.
