Rail Project Manager (Systems)

Location - Belfast (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Working hours - 35 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary rail projects
Manage resources, budgets, programme, safety and client relationships
Manage the day-to-day delivery of rail projects, coordinating project teams and subcontractors
Plan and secure the resources needed for delivery, including labour, materials, plant and engineering support
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and governance requirements, including sustainability and carbon reduction commitments
Support business growth and innovation and contribute to tender activities

REQUIREMENTS

Engineering background within Rail Systems Engineering (ideally)
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary rail projects (desireable)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management or Engineering Management role
Experience managing project budgets, resources, programmes and stakeholders
Qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
