Your new role
My client is seeking an ERP Change Manager on a 2-year FTC to lead the change management workstream across an ERP implementation. You will develop and deliver the change strategy, helping operational teams move from long-established manual and paper-based processes to standardised, digital and ERP-led ways of working. Day to day responsibilities includes change impact assessment, business readiness, communications, resistance management, role-based training, cutover support and post-implementation adoption.

What you'll need to succeed

Significant organisational change experience across multiple ERP implementations.
Direct involvement in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or asset-intensive environments.
Evidence of moving teams away from manual, paper-based or legacy processes.
Strong operational and shopfloor stakeholder engagement.
Practical knowledge of business readiness, training, communications and adoption.
A recognised qualification in Prosci, APMG or a comparable change methodology.
The credibility to engage senior leaders while remaining visible and effective with frontline.
What you'll get in return
You can expect a basic salary in the region of £65,000 (DoE), along with a contributary pension (up to 9%), life assurance (4x), bonus scheme (up to £1k) and a range of flexible benefits.
