Senior Project Manager / Employer's Agent

I'm working with a well-established construction and property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Employer's Agent to join its growing London team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PM/EA to take ownership of major residential-led developments, working closely with clients from project inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage residential development projects from pre-construction through to completion
Delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services
Chair client, design team and project meetings
Administer JCT contracts and development agreements
Manage project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts
Identify and mitigate project risk
Mentor junior surveyors and support APC development The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments
Employer's Agent experience (ideal)
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience with JCT contracts
Excellent technical and commercial awareness
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership What's on offer:
