* Support regular financial reporting and update internal financial systems and project trackers.

* Attend bi-weekly management meetings to review and update financial information.

Client & Stakeholder Management

* Act as a key point of contact for clients, building management teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

* Build and maintain positive working relationships through regular communication and site visits.

* Chase outstanding information and documentation to ensure project deadlines are achieved.

General Administration & Compliance

* Maintain organised project files and ensure documentation is accessible and compliant with company ISO standards.

* Assist with the onboarding of new suppliers and ensure all relevant compliance documentation is obtained.

* Support office and site-based compliance checks, including Fire, Health & Safety and stock audits.
