Programme Manager – Microsoft Dynamics / 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM)

Location: London (West End) — predominantly remote, with 1–2 days per week in the office. Occasional travel to international offices may be required.
Rate: £750–£900 per day

Contract duration: 6–12 months, with potential for extension

IR35 status: Outside IR35
Expenses: Reasonable travel expenses covered

The Opportunity

Lead a complex, global Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement rollout for a leading property and estate agency business headquartered in Central London, with offices across the UK and in international financial centres, including Gibraltar and Monaco.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, bringing together international teams, multiple ERP integrations and local market requirements. Working with technical specialists, implementation partners and dedicated change management resources, you will align the global solution with the needs of each market and guide the programme through build, integration, testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the end-to-end delivery of the global Dynamics 365 CE implementation programme, from mobilisation through deployment.

· Oversee integration with multiple ERP platforms across countries and business units.

· Manage a complex systems landscape spanning Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP and other ERP platforms.

· Coordinate international rollout and localisation, aligning regional delivery with the overall programme plan, including working with stakeholders in international locations.

· Ensure the solution addresses country-specific business processes, customer engagement models and regulatory requirements.

· Bring together technical and functional teams, systems integrators, business stakeholders and regional teams to deliver a coordinated programme.

· Establish and maintain programme governance, plans and milestones; manage dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communications.

· Balance global solution consistency with individual market requirements.

· Support mobilisation of a large international user population alongside dedicated change management resources.

· Drive delivery across build, integration, testing and deployment, keeping interdependent teams and workstreams aligned.

Essential Experience

· A proven track record as a Programme Manager delivering global Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.

· Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE integration with multiple ERP systems.

· Experience as a Programme Manager in navigating complex ERP environments and their integration dependencies.

· Successful delivery of international programmes across multiple countries, regions or business units.

· Experience managing localisation, including country-specific configurations, business processes and regulatory considerations.

· Strong programme governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.

· Experience coordinating technical delivery teams, implementation partners and senior business stakeholders.

· The ability as a Programme Manager to manage large-scale transformation programmes with multiple interdependent systems and workstreams.
