MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Travel + Bonuses

The Opportunity

One of the largest MEP contractors in Central London is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its growing team.

The business delivers major projects valued at up to £40 million, covering hyperscale data centres, mission-critical environments and large commercial schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading MEP contractor and take responsibility for delivering technically challenging, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of large-scale mechanical projects.

Oversee project teams, site managers and subcontractors.

Take responsibility for programme, budgets and commercial performance.

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors.

Monitor progress and resolve technical and operational issues.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.

Background in hyperscale data centres, mission-critical or large commercial projects.

Experience managing high-value mechanical installations.

Strong commercial and financial awareness.

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
