Construction Project Manager

We've got a good opportunity here with a privately owned London main contractor that's been around for 25 years. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver two £30m new-build projects in South West London.

𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣 – 9-𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙮 𝙘𝙤-𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙮.
𝙋𝙪𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙮 – 200+ 𝙗𝙚𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 𝙣𝙚𝙬-𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡, 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.You'll work alongside a Project Director, with dedicated site teams on both jobs and support from commercial, buying, technical and engineering.

So you're not expected to run £60m worth of construction with a mobile phone and a clipboard. But you will need to know what's going on, keep people moving and spot problems before they become expensive ones.

Who are we after?

A proper main contractor background.
Experience delivering £15m–£40m+ new-build projects.
Residential, hotel, co-living or similar multi-storey experience.
Good understanding of D&B, programmes and design coordination.
Commercial awareness, common sense and the ability to get things done.Ideally, a Project Manager from a good small or medium-sized contractor who is used to taking responsibility rather than passing problems around.

There's also a potential £18m hotel extension in Vauxhall coming through the pipeline.

Up to £100k–£110k + executive car allowance + travel. PAYE or Ltd Company arrangements considered.
