Home working with occasional visits to our office in Wellingborough

£60,000

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Can you turn strategy into lasting organisational change? Greatwell Homes is seeking a HR Strategic Project Lead to deliver people-focused programmes that improve employee experience and organisational capability.

The role

This is a 12 month, fixed-term contract reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, you will lead strategic HR and organisational change from design to adoption. Working with senior leaders and teams, you will turn priorities into clear, well-governed change plans that build commitment and capability.

What you’ll do

* Lead strategic HR and organisation-wide change programmes with clear outcomes, governance and benefits.

* Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver effective outcomes

* Develop business cases and integrated plans, using impact, risk, adoption and benefits data to guide delivery.

* Lead the people change approach, including readiness, engagement, communications and transition, and track adoption to embed lasting change.

* Champion inclusive and ethical HR practices that reflect the needs of our colleagues and diverse communities.

* Ensure projects comply with employment legislation, regulatory standards and relevant housing-sector frameworks.

What you’ll bring

* CIPD Level 5 in HR Management.

* Proven experience of leading complex organisational change from business case to adoption, delivering measurable and sustainable results.

* Experience partnering with senior colleagues to shape future HR plans and resolve complex people issues.

* Broad experience across employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, restructuring, redundancies and TUPE transfers.

* Practical knowledge of HR strategy and change management, including impact, readiness, engagement, adoption and benefits realisation.

* Strong change leadership and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders, manage resistance and sustain engagement, and a clear commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
