Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a main contractor to manage new build projects up to £15m. If you have worked on Student Accommoation / Retirement Village / Care Homes / Labs we would like to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in new-build Tradtional Brick/Block construction to oversee projects from groundwork stage to completion.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing site operations from the early stages of construction through to completion, managing site team, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress and maintaining high standards of health and safety from groundworks stage to completion.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Manager on traditional brick/block new-build construction projects from groundwork stage.

* Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and maintain programme targets.

* Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and building regulations.

* Able to update programmes using ASTA or MS Project.
